I had a pretty rough last week and I’m hoping that this week will be ok. It’s ok for you to have ups and downs and it’s ok for me to have ups and downs as well. We all are human, and sometimes I forget that I can’t do a million different things at once. In fact I forget it routinely. It’s necessary for my mental and physical health that I remember to breath and smile and laugh. For all of you reading this, please remember to do that as well because you deserve to be happy, and you deserve to be able to take a breath.
