This is the contouring palette in Caramel Toffee. This has a highlighting color on one side and a contouring color on the other. Contouring powder is different from bronzing powder because it’s sculpting your face to make it seem narrower, and not making it seem more tan or sunkissed. That’s what bronzer does. The NYC sunny bronzer can be used a contouring bronzer because it’s matte and not too orange, but this powder is brown toned and while one could call it “muddy” it’s really much better than that. Even for someone like me who is very pale it’s a good color. The interesting thing about swatching these colors is the highlight side swatches better. By better I mean that you get more product on the first swipe, but both sides a brush picks up very well, and since the highlight side it matte, you get an extremely natural color if you don’t want something dewy.
